Yoga is not about reaching your toes, yoga is what you learn getting there. 
Our yoga classes can be adapted in different ways depending on the season and group size. When the weather and outside temperature so allows, it’s usually quite nice to yoga on the grass or pier. We customize classes to your requirements and no previous knowledge is needed.

A pause activity for colleagues

Yoga is a very good activity for a pleasant pause together with colleagues during a conference. That is, if you want to engage in something non-competitive.

Besides the possibility to get your own yoga class we also have open yoga classes you can join by yourself.
