The day spa is usually available between Thursdays and Sundays, but please contact our booking team for days off. If you are a group, we can also have the opportunity to open up on weekdays, let's have a dialogue about what we can offer just you!
As a day spa, we offer both Morning Mys with breakfast & SPA, or Helglyx on Saturdays with SPA & lunch.

On Saturdays, we welcome you to enjoy our SPA department with hot tub, indoor pool, panoramic sauna and maybe even a dip in the sea for the daring.
Start the day and enjoy a moment at our SPA to end with a good lunch in our restaurant.
You can borrow a bathrobe and beach towel on site.
The price includes:
- Spa entrance between 11am and 1pm
– Loan of bathrobes and bath sheets
– Lunch at 1:30 pm in Restaurant Västersalt, Dish of the Day with salad buffet

Imagine starting the weekend after a lovely dinner in our restaurant, changing into swimwear and a bathrobe and then checking into our SPA & Relaxation department. The heat from our large panoramic sauna, the bubbles from the outdoor pool and a glass of bubbly inside our pool lounge. The bar serves drinks, wine, bubbly and non-alcoholic options and the music sets the mood.
