Are you longing for a meaningful and calming experience that will help you land and find new energy?
Then a forest bath is a great opportunity to give yourself time to stop, breathe and experience the healing power of nature.

Join us on a peaceful and gently guided hike where you can experience the forest with all your senses. Through calm exercises, Anna helps you slow down and become more present – to feel the scent of moss, hear the movement of the wind and just be. If you want to make the experience something more, you can end it with a relaxing lunch or Afternoon Tea in the Västersalt restaurant with a view of the peaceful archipelago.

Forest bathing, or Shinrin-Yoku, is a Japanese method that involves being consciously in nature to promote health and well-being. For approximately 2.5 hours, you will have the opportunity to land, reflect and reconnect with yourself – at nature's own pace.

Research shows that forest bathing can:

  • reduce stress and lower blood pressure
  • strengthen the immune system
  • increase creativity, focus and joy of life

Your guide – Anna Björk
Anna is a certified forest bathing guide through the Scandinavian Institute for Nature and Forest Therapy (SNFTI) and a trained health scientist. She has extensive experience in leading groups and a deep connection to the rhythm of nature.
With Anna's calm presence and professional guidance, you will experience the forest in a new, healing way – quiet, present and with all your senses open.
