Based on seasonal ingredients and with nature as inspiration, we create pleasure from morning to night.
If you just want to visit us for a good dinner, you are most welcome, please book in advance so that we can take care of you in the very best way.

The restaurant is open for private individuals Friday & Saturday evening and Saturday for lunch between 12-3pm. If you wish to book in as a group on weekdays, contact us directly and we will help you.

Breakfast

The first coffee of the morning and you wake up with a view of the mirror-like Koljöfjorden. Meet a new day with peace, quiet and our generous breakfast buffet, filled with the morning's goodies.

Here you will find popular breakfast classics, fruits and vegetables, freshly baked bread, crispy waffles, yogurt, juice, eggs, bacon, freshly brewed coffee - always with that little something extra.
Breakfast is included in your accommodation. For those of you who wish to have a little extra luxury at the weekend, it is of course fine to book in for a lovely hotel breakfast and extra weekend luxury

Lunch

On Saturdays we open up for lunch service with us between 12:00 and 15:00.
Monday - Friday we are open for lunch/dinner, primarily for conferences and groups, but if you fancy dropping by us on one of these days, contact us and we'll look at what possibilities there are.

Are you celebrating something, or someone? Do you want to eat vegetarian? Gluten free? Want a sea sauna after your meal?

Dinner

During our 4 seasons, we have time to experience many magical shades, tastes, scents and seasons - therefore Västersalt takes shape in different ways during different parts of the year.

From the end of June to the end of August, we are open every day to offer our summer guests everything from mussels and fish soup to delicious a la carte dishes. Our terrace is available for a magical view of the Koljöfjord while you can have something good to eat and drink. We are open for you for all meals of the day.
From the end of August throughout the winter and until June, Destination Bokenäset is visited by conference groups, events, groups and private guests with experience packages. This is our main focus and we would like all meals in our restaurant to be booked in advance for the best delivery to you

Opening hours in general
We recommend always that you pre-book your lunch. For private individuals, it is above all Saturdays that we are open for Saturday lunch between 12-3pm.
We ask you to book your meal in advance so that we can plan our activities and your stay in the best possible way.

We are a cashless destination and accept payments with Show, MasterCard and Swish. On our website, you who book a package can easily pay online with your credit card, which makes your check-in smooth.

Gift cards
Of course, we also accept payment with our own Bokenäset gift cards, which you can easily buy online here and give away as a birthday present or Christmas gift to someone you like. The validity period for these is written on each unique gift card.

Yes, we are aware of different dietary needs and offer options for vegetarians, vegans and guests with allergies. Please let us know your needs when booking.
