Join us on a peaceful and strengthening hike where you will discover the healing power of the forest with the help of guided exercises that open your senses.
Forest bathing – or Shinrin-Yoku – is a method with roots in Japan and is based on us moving through nature at a leisurely pace, stopping, reflecting together and taking in the forest atmosphere with all our senses.
For about 2.5 hours you will have the opportunity to land, unwind and become one with nature. Research shows that forest bathing can reduce stress, lower blood pressure, strengthen the immune system and increase both creativity and joy of life.

Your Forest Bathing Instructor is Anna Björk. Anna has extensive experience of hiking and moving in the forest and land. She is a health scientist by profession and is an experienced group leader. With Anna you will have a fantastic experience in the forest and you will experience the forest in a new way under Anna's experienced guidance.
Anna is a Certified Forest Bathing Guide through the Scandinavian Institute for Nature and Forest Therapy, SNFTI. The method is called Eco Forest Therapy.
