When do I check in and check out?

Apartment stays:
Check in from 15:00 the day of your arrival and check out before 11:00 the day you depart, unless you are informed otherwise when you book or have booked a stay that specifies different check-in and check-out times.

Room to store your luggage is available adjacent to reception and the restaurant, should you require it before checking in or after checking out.

All parking is free. Upon arrival you will see 2 large parking areas where you can park your vehicle free of charge.

Vehicle-free zone
Guests come to Bokenäset to experience our peaceful, harmonious and natural environment. To preserve these special qualities, vehicles are not permitted on Bokenäset grounds. This is equally important for safety, since certain dates and times are popular with families who have small children.

We also want to keep paths clear for emergency vehicles to get through if necessary, as well as for our small service vehicles that keep everything running smoothly and make deliveries to our restaurant. 

These points notwithstanding, if necessary you may slowly (no faster than 10km/h) drive onto the grounds to unload heavier luggage or transport someone who needs special assistance.

Can I charge my electric vehicle?
We have a charging station by the smaller parking lot adjacent to the tennis courts. To reach it, continue driving past the large parking areas.

If your stay includes access to the spa, then a kit with a bathrobe, towel and slippers will be waiting for you at reception.

Additional towels
If your towel is misplaced or becomes too wet to use, you are welcome to get a new, dry one from reception. But we ask that you use this privilege sensibly. We care deeply for the environment, and sustainability is a fundamental part of our daily business. Mother Earth says thank you!

We have 16 differens conference rooms and group rooms. Contact us if you want to know more about the possibilities for your conference, meeting or event. We're more than happy to help! 

When is lunch served?

Special circumstances
We value your time and don’t want you to have to spend it waiting in line. For this reason, on days when there is more than one large group dining at once, we usually adjust our lunch hours somewhat to avoid bottlenecks. On such days you may find that lunch is served between 11:30 and 14:30, even though the usual hours are between 12:00 and 14:00.

If this is the case, we will notify you when you book.

General opening hours
We are not open year-round for ordinary lunch seatings and therefore always recommend making a reservation first. This prevents any awkward situations in which you arrive hungry only to find the restaurant fully booked, closed or reserved for a private event.
